The Louisiana Renaissance Festival attracts more than 65,000 patrons each year to experience history, including everyday life and the social structure of the European Renaissance. Our merchants offer our patrons uncommon products and services that complement our theme and many demonstrate the making of their fine, hand-crafted products. We are always looking for new merchants with unique products that will add excitement to our festival, especially people who can demonstrate their products.
The Louisiana Renaissance Festival is always seeking artisans (skilled artists/crafters) that make and demonstrate their historic craft. Please tell every artisan you know we are looking for those that make the products they sell. We are specifically looking for artists who make stain glass, chainmaille/scalemaille, musical instruments, hats/headwear and footwear.

Merchants in good standing with more than one year of operation at the Louisiana Renaissance Festival may request to build a permanent physical structure. The form to request permission to build or expand a current structure should Download the Construction Request Form and follow the instructions.
