Your school is invited to participate in our 21st Annual Student Days program at the Louisiana Renaissance Festival! For three specific weekdays, we showcase the unique educational aspect of our faire which is geared especially to K-12 students and their teachers.
Each of our Student Days is open only to students, their teachers, and staff. We are not open to the general public for our Student Days.
2023 Student Days Dates:
Nov. 14, 2023 – High School Students
Nov. 15, 2023 – Middle School and Home School Students
Nov. 16, 2023 – Elementary School Students

What is the cost of admission?
Student and adult are $15 per person ($13.96 for tax-free schools). Advance purchase tickets receive one free ticket for every 10 student tickets purchased. All advance orders will include a $9 processing fee. Advance ticket reservations may be made any time before November 13th. Additional people joining your group may purchase tickets at the festival on the day of the event for $15.
What does the admission cover?
Basic admission includes access to the festival site, admission to all stage shows and demonstrations.
All vendor booths are open during our Student Days program, however some booths that normally carry high cost items may substitute other items to make the event more affordable for students.
Rides and games typically run $2-$5 each, drinks are $3 each and food items start at $3 each.

Ticket orders that are paid in full by October 20th will receive a 10% discount.
When will we receive our tickets?
We will begin mailing out orders as we receive payments October 1st through November 5th. After November 5th, ticket orders will be held at the festival ticket booth for pickup on Student Days.

Are the shows and demonstrations age-appropriate?
Yes they are. During Student Days, all of our performers and demonstrations are geared specifically to the age of the crowd.

Can souvenirs and gifts be purchased on Student Days?
Of course. All vendor booths are open during our Student Days program, however some booths that normally carry high cost items may substitute other items to make the event more affordable for students.

Are there food and beverages available for purchase?
Yes. During Student Days our usual festival concessions, including turkey legs, will be available. You may also elect to bring your own lunches.

Can you provide lunch?
Bag lunches can be purchased for $5 each and consist of a sandwich, chips, fruit, Capri Sun fruit juice and condiments. Bag lunches must be purchased in advance, and will be available for pickup near the Joust Field soda booth. Bag lunch orders must be paid in full by November 13th or they will be cancelled. No orders or refunds will be processed after November 13th; any unpaid orders will be cancelled at that time.
