Volunteer & Employment

If you are interested in working at the RenFest this November, we will start taking applications in September.

POSITIONS BEFORE WE OPEN IN NOVEMBER:

  • People with their own hand tools to do simple construction projects.

  • Those familiar with farm equipment like box grader or can back up a trailer.

  • Humans can work outside to help with cleanup and preparations (Example: find and place benches, trash cans, etc). 

POSITIONS DURING FAIRE 2023

9:45 AM to 5:00 PM (rain or shine)

Nov: 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 24, 25, 26

Dec: 2, 3, 9, 10
Note most shifts are weekends only.

POSITIONS INCLUDE (but not limited to):

  • Administrative Assistant

  • Bartender – Must be 21 years old to serve alcohol.

  • Grounds Crew – One of our most critical jobs by keeping the site cleaned up.

  • Ticket Taker – To greet our guests and grant admission into the wonderful experience of RenFest.

  • Marketing Coordinator – Coordinate efforts for promoting the RenFest.

  • Souvenir Shop – Helps greet people in the morning sell souvenirs and bid patrons farewell.

  • Special Events Coordinator – We have theme weekends, parties, engagements, weddings, and other special events.

  • Squires – Assist the joust team prior, during and after the joust. Will be trained by jousters on what is required.

  • Parking Crew – Our first and last impression with our first-time guests. Help people find a parking spot.

  • Ticket Booth

  • Security

  • Server – Work with the tastings including set up, service and clean up.
