2026 RenFest Student Day (Field Trip)The Experience

Student Days are designed to bring history to life in ways a classroom can’t—like live jousting and free-flying falconry. Note that these weekday events follow standard school rules: no smoking, no alcohol, and no weapons (including souvenir swords) are allowed to be sold on Student Days.

 

Pricing per Student Day Admission

• Tax-Exempt Schools: $15.00

• With Tax & CC Fee:   $16.76 

• Tax per ticket is $1.28

• CC Fee is $0.49 per ticket

 

How to Register

• Formal Schools & Non-Profits: Complete the online Order Form by October 31st. You will be invoiced after submission. This includes large homeschools like UVA.

• Small Home Schools & Individuals: Tickets go on sale online after October 31st.

• Chaperones & Extras: Anyone not included on the main school check can buy tickets online after October 31st or at the gate, until max capacity is reached.

Important Deadline

Non-Profit schools must complete the online order “form” by October 31st. After Oct 31st tickets may be purchased with sales tax. Admission tickets are first-come, first-served until we reach max capacity. Once sold out, no more tickets will be available, online or in-person at the booth.
